What started as a hobby at a young age has slowly developed into a true passion project for Ron Gesser of Westmount. An investment advisor by profession, his penchant for photography began with traveling as a pre-teen.
While on photo shoots, Gesser will often be accompanied by a guide who might help to establish a rapport with the people Gesser decides he wants to photograph in cities, towns and villages.
Canada may be small in population, but it sure packs a punch in the photography world with two Canadian images making it to the World’s Top 10.
After eight hours of waiting, and with the float plane ready to leave, the fish jumped, the bear’s jaws opened, and the shutter was released, all at the same instant.
