“Being part of the esteemed legacy of Team Canada for the World Photographic Cup, alongside the most extraordinary talent in our country, is beyond exhilarating. I have been greatly honored to win multiple international competitions as an independent photographer, but being a member of this team, representing the country I adore, is by far one of my proudest achievements to date.”
2025 – Nature Landscape
“Ro Cho Sunrise”: Vietnam’s tranquil Thu Bon River in Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Centre, provides a breathtaking backdrop for Ro Cho, a traditional fishing method meaning “fishing net with a small house.” Capturing this cultural practice in the soft, golden light of sunrise is a timeless and mesmerizing experience, offering a glimpse into the essence of local life and tradition dating back to the 15th century.

“Dance of the Áo Dài”: The Áo dài, Vietnam’s traditional dress, symbolizes purity and is commonly worn at formal events, weddings, and revered sites like here in Huế’s Imperial City, a place celebrated for its cultural elegance. While tradition calls for modest attire with sleeves, the searing heat prompted me to opt for shorts and a t-shirt, as our team snapped up every hand fan from the nearby gift shop to beat the heat. The model, however, found grace and comfort in her full attire, embodying the enduring beauty of Vietnamese tradition.
