Bio
Maude began her photographic journey as a portrait and wedding photographer, and quickly earned her Master of Photographic Arts from PPOC as well as 7 accreditations. Her experience as a small town photographer allowed her to try her hand at many genres of photography, and she quickly found a love for corporate and event coverage that thrust her into the company of celebrities, musicians and politicians.
This rewarding career was cut short by an injury that led to early retirement. Fortunately, this has allowed Maude to focus on her volunteer endeavors for which she is so passionate, such as judging for Canada and internationally, and Maude is excited to once again join the curation team for the World Photographic Cup.
As a retired photographer, Maude enjoys photographing her children, dogs, and has recently taken up birding and conservationism as a hobby, exploring the quiet, calm and relaxation that originally brought her to photography at the beginning of her journey.
