Step into a world of creativity as Canada proudly presents an inspiring exhibit featuring the photographs that represented our country at this year’s World Photographic Cup (WPC).

Known as the “Olympics of photography,” this global competition brings together the very best photographers from around the world—and this exhibit gives you a rare chance to experience those powerful, story-driven images up close. Experience Team Canada’s 30 image entry including the seven that placed Top 10 in the World, with one Gold medal and one Bronze medal.

Alongside this year’s collection, you’ll discover past Canadian award-winning photographs, celebrating the artistry, passion, and vision that continue to put Canada on the world stage. Of the 28 Nations in the 2026 WPC, Team Canada was thrilled to place 6th overall and many of the team photographers attended the awards ceremony in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Next April Alberta plays host to the World Photographic Cup, bringing photographers from around the world to Canada for the 2027 international awards. Whether you’re a photography lover or simply curious, this is a showcase you won’t want to miss as Calgary prepares to welcome the world next year.
